Experienced Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operations Agent (Immediate start)

Schulz Organic Dairy is looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operations Agent to join our growing team.

About Us

Schulz Organic Dairy is a premium Australian dairy brand producing milk, cream, yoghurt and butter for customers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. As demand for our products continues to grow, we're seeking a dedicated team member to support our delivery and warehouse operations.

About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will:

- Deliver dairy products to retail stores, cafés, and restaurants
- Complete multi-drop delivery runs accurately and on time
- Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks
- Maintain product quality and cold-chain integrity
- Record deliveries, returns, and customer information using a mobile app
- Collect returnable glass milk bottles from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Schulz brand professionally
- Assist with warehouse duties including stock management, picking, packing, and general warehouse support when required

Roster:



3 days ( Tues, Wed & Thurs) per week (28.5 hours)

Hours: 4am to 2pm

Location: Sunshine West

Hourly Rate: $31.98 Plus Superannuation

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- MUST have a valid Light Rigid (LR) Driver's Licence at a minimum to be considered.
- Clean driving record
- Have the experience, confidence & ability to cover multiple routes with very little notice
- Physically fit and able to regularly lift up to 20kg
- Ability to manually unload up to 4 pallets and transport stock using a trolley
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Smartphone and basic computer skills
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan areas
- Availability for early starts
- Full Australian working rights

Desirable

- Forklift Licence
