Key Responsibilities

Fillet and prepare a variety of fresh fish to a high standard.

Skin, trim and portion fish accurately.

Assist customers with seafood selection and cooking advice.

Maintain a clean, protected and hygienic workstation and display areas.

- Handle and store seafood products in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards

*Accurately weigh, price and pack seafood products for customers.

*Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.

About You

Previous experience as a Fishmonger or Seafood Filleter is essential.





Excellent knife skills and seafood preparation experience.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Friendly, reliable and customer-focused.

- Knowledge of Australian seafood species is highly regarded.
