At BAM Window Cleaning, we service high-end residential and commercial properties across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula. We don't just "wash glass"—we deliver an exceptional, premium experience to our clients. We offer window cleaning, plus all other exterior property cleaning services.

Due to consistent growth, we are looking for a skilled, energetic, and experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our tight-knit team. This role starts as full-time casual with a clear, fast-track pathway to Full-Time Permanent Employment for the right person, if that’s what you want.

Key responsibilities

Working both independently and as part of a crew, your daily routine will include:

- Professional window cleaning (water-fed pole and traditional squeegee methods)
- Gutter and solar panel cleaning
- Pressure and Soft Washing of homes and surfaces
- Frequent ladder, roof, and heights-based work

About you Because we are a premium service, we maintain high standards. To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

- Experience: A minimum of 12 months of professional, hands-on window cleaning experience (essential).
- Location: Ideally based in the inner or South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne to easily access our primary job sites.
- Fitness: Physically fit, energetic, comfortable with heights/roof work, and genuinely enjoy manual labor.
- Client Skills:



Exceptionally polite, presentable, and well-spoken. You will be interacting directly with our clients.
- Logistics: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle (for the initial period).
- Compliance: Hold (or be willing to obtain) a White Card, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and a Police Check.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, great time-management skills, and a willingness to have fun while working hard!
