THE ROLE

We're looking for a Factory Hand to join our team immediately. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day flow of our factory across warehouse, dispatch, stock movement, customer collections, and general operational support.

No two days are exactly the same. You'll move between tasks as the factory needs you, and you'll take pride in the fact that things run better because you're there. If you're someone who naturally straightens, stacks, clears walkways, and hates clutter then you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Unloading incoming deliveries and putting stock away into correct locations

Moving and replenishing stock across factory areas

Preparing jobs for customer collection and dispatch

Assisting customers loading products safely and professionally

Maintaining clean, organised and accessible warehouse and dispatch areas





Keeping aisles, work areas and storage zones clear throughout the day

Supporting production teams during busy periods

Assisting with powder coating runs, trailer logistics and supplier pickups

Operating a forklift safely when required

Physically capable and comfortable in a hands-on factory environment

Naturally organised. The kind of person who straightens things without being asked.

Friendly and confident when customers arrive to collect

Reliable, adaptable, and happy to shift priorities as the day demands A genuine team player who makes the people around them better

Forklift licence preferred but not essential. We'll consider the right person without one.

Driver's licence preferred
