J2 Group runs a field sales programme on behalf of one of the world's most recognisable fintech leaders. You're hired by J2, trained and coached by J2, and deployed to represent this global name in the field. Your career is with us. The campaign is the assignment.

The week looks like this:

2 days in the field. Out across your city, walking into cafes, restaurants, bars and retail businesses, having real face-to-face conversations with owners and booking discovery meetings.

3 days on the phones from home. Following up your field conversations, booking meetings, and running outbound to pre-researched local businesses.

Field conversations make you sharper on the phone. Phone volume makes you sharper in the field. You'll build both skill sets at once, the exact combination that gets people promoted into tech sales roles.

The money:

$33.05 an hour plus super, casual premium rate, full-time hours guaranteed for the campaign. On top: $50 for every qualified meeting you book, uncapped. At target performance (3 to 5 meetings a week) that's $77k to $83k a year including super. Book one a day and you're at the top of the range.
