Carpentry ASAP Pty Ltd T/A Jeffersons Flooring is seeking experienced Finishing Carpenters/Flooring installers to join our team in Cheltenham, Victoria. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality timber flooring solutions.
- Perform precision finishing work on timber floors, including sanding, staining, installation and nosing manufacture
- Install and fit skirting boards, trims, and other finishing touches
- Ensure all work meets the company's high standards of quality and safety
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter/timber floor layer or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Must live in Australia or moving to Melbourne.
