The Margaret River Hotel is searching for energetic, customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our opening team. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests and believe that great hospitality never goes out of style. Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
- Build genuine rapport with guests and create memorable experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service areas.
- Assist with venue setup, pack-down, and daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to provide seamless service.
- Handle payments and POS transactions accurately.
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol and venue policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.




- A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and versatile with availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
