We are a small, close-knit business that truly values human relationships, and we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Export Trader to join our team. This all-rounder role involves purchasing activities alongside handling all administrative paperwork, as well as a variety of other warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, capable of multitasking while staying well organised.

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and order follow-up
- Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling and shipment tracking
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to maintain smooth operations
- Assist with warehouse duties as required
- Handle additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in purchasing, or freight forwarding




- Fluent French speaking skills (required)
- Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills
- Forklift driver licence
- Must be a permanent resident of Australia or an Australian citizen
