Home Health Rehab is a team of dedicated mobile physiotherapists and occupational therapists delivering high-quality care across Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine. We’re passionate about helping people recover, adapt and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join our team 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around your preferred working days.

What You’ll Do

- Provide person-centred physiotherapy in home and community settings across Geelong, with regular travel as far north as Lara
- Assess mobility, balance and functional capacity to develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Deliver individual 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions
- Prescribe walking aids and develop tailored home exercise programs
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other health professionals
- Support clients to remain active, independent and engaged in their community

What We’re Looking For

Essential:





- Bachelor of Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Current Police Check
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Desirable:

- Experience in community or home-based physiotherapy
- Ongoing commitment to CPD (particularly in gerontology)
