As a graduate, you’ll work closely with our award-winning team, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship that will sharpen your technical and communication skills. What to expectOur 12-month Graduate Program is designed to set you up for success.

Your journey begins.

In your first few weeks, you’ll take part in a comprehensive induction program covering everything from IT and administration to business operations. You’ll also dive into foundational technical training sessions - giving you the knowledge to hit the ground running.

Hands-on experience from day one.

From your very first day, you’ll be contributing to meaningful work. You’ll dive into client assignments, assist with real projects, and see firsthand how financial planning changes lives.

Personal Growth That Powers Your Career

We will help you uncover how you naturally approach challenges and collaborate with others. You’ll build self-awareness, strengthen communication skills, and learn to lead with authenticity. Our program will equip you with the confidence and tools to thrive professionally and personally, making a lasting impact from day one.

We’ll support your professional development with access to our education allowance, which can be used toward your Graduate Diploma.

What you will bring

We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who are ready to grow with us. To be eligible for the program, you’ll need:

- A recent Bachelor of Commerce degree (a major in Finance or Financial Planning is ideal, but not essential)
- A minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 65 or higher
- Full working rights in Australia
- A genuine interest in people and making a difference
- Strong communication skills and a resilient, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges

- 4 - 5 November 2026: First round interviews, followed by the Assessment stage - quick activities to help us (& you) understand your strengths and working style.
- 18 & 19 November 2026 - Second round interviews & Offers - we’ll meet with our top candidates and extend offers.
- 12 January 2027: Program begins – your Capital Partners journey starts here!
