About the role

Red Dirt Equities Pty Ltd t/as 123STC is seeking a talented Graduate Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Sydney NSW, offering an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to build and expand their technical expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment. As a Graduate Level Full Stack Developer, you will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the development and maintenance of web applications and digital solutions that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices

- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional solutions

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack

- Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas and optimisations

- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and system architectures

- Support the deployment and testing of applications in various environments

What we're looking for

- A recent graduate or early-career developer with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

- Proficiency in at least one front-end framework or library (such as React, Vue.js, or Angular)

- Solid understanding of back-end development principles and experience with server-side languages (such as Python, Node.js, Java, or C#)

- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases





- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

- Understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Desirable: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), API development, or agile development methodologies
