Looking for a job that gets you up, active, and finished before lunch? Recent South Wales Golf Club is searching for a Casual Morning Groundsperson to join our friendly, high-performing Course Maintenance team.

Typical hours: 6–10am

Availability: Minimum 4 days per week (20 hours total)

7-day roster offers excellent flexibility — perfect for fitting around study, work, or life commitments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Maintaining turf areas across the course: greens, tees, surrounds, fairways, roughs and bunkers

- Walk mowing greens — a great fitness boost





- Keeping the course in top condition for our members and guests

- Following safe work practices and contributing positively to the team

What We're Looking For

No experience? No problem — we provide full training.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have a valid driver's licence and your own transport

- Enjoy working outdoors and staying active

- Are reliable, organised and have strong attention to detail

- Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team

- Are physically fit for hands-on work
