AllStyle Garage Doors & Window Shutters is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Pooraka SA , this role is central to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As Customer Service
Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers and our installation team. Managing enquiries and liasing with suppliers is an significant aspect of this role. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our business objectives and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Your responsibilities will
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Confirm forward installation appointments
- Ensure post installation data is received, recorded and acted upon
- Order post installation materials where required
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate when necessary
- Update customer databases and ensuring information accuracy across all systems
- Support the sales and management team with administrative duties as required
- Support warehousing as required.
What we are looking for Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in a service-based industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with scheduling or customer management software
- Ability to remain composed and focussed when dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
