Data Project Manager – Snowflake & Enterprise Data Platforms

As our clients modernise their analytics and data ecosystems, we’re expanding our Data & Insights practice and are seeking an exceptional Data Project Manager with robust Snowflake Data Warehouse expertise to lead complex, enterprise-scale data programs.

Positional Overview

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering modern, cloud-native data solutions that transform how enterprises store, manage, and use data — enabling AI, real-time analytics, customer insights, and business innovation.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineering leaders across end-to-end Snowflake and data platform delivery.

What You’ll Do:

As the Data Project Manager,



you will be accountable for driving successful delivery across mission-critical data initiatives:

- Build detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Work closely with executives, product owners, and business leaders to gather requirements, shape solutions, and align delivery with organisational goals.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of the Snowflake Data Warehouse and guide teams on its capabilities and best practices.
- Coordinate engineering, product, analytics, and business teams to ensure smooth, aligned, and successful delivery.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum with strong change management.
- Lead design and implementation of data solutions, ensuring feasibility, technical quality, and architectural integrity.
- Communicate progress with clarity — delivering stakeholder updates, status reports, and expectation management.
- Manage resourcing, budgeting, and planning to maintain financial discipline and delivery predictability.
- Enforce strong quality standards, testing practices, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and continually improve project management frameworks, tools,



and ways of working.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who blends technical depth with strong delivery leadership:

- Expertise across data platforms, Snowflake, cloud infrastructure, and software development.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading large-scale data programs, big-data platforms, or analytics modernisation initiatives.
- Ability to convert complex technical strategies into measurable, outcome-driven project plans.
