Behind every great customer experience is a high-performing Supply Chain team, and we're looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Brisbane Distribution Centre.

THE ROLE

As our Inventory Coordinator, you'll support the Inventory Supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory across our Brisbane Distribution Centre. You'll conduct cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies, assist with stocktakes and ensure our inventory records remain accurate and up to date. Working closely with warehouse operations and other key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in improving inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth movement of stock throughout the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct scheduled cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with root-cause analysis.
- Support the planning and delivery of warehouse stocktakes.
- Research and reconcile inventory variances.
- Monitor inventory integrity to ensure stock quantities and locations are accurate.
- Complete quality-control checks across inbound, staging and outbound operations.
- Assist with product-damage investigations and inventory adjustments.
- Support the Box Pick process and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and Warehouse Management System effectiveness.




- Ensure inventory activities are completed safely and within agreed timeframes.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives across the Distribution Centre.

What You'll Bring

- The ability to investigate problems and identify practical solutions.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working across different teams.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
- A positive attitude and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics is highly regarded.
- Experience within a retail or supply chain environment would be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded.
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business would be advantageous but are not essential.
