We are seeking a full-time dentist to join our team in Townsville Dental. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound clinical skills across all aspects of general dentistry and be committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

- Provide a high standard of general dental care with an emphasis on prevention and patient education.

- Diagnose, treatment plan, and manage a broad range of dental conditions.

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.

- Deliver exceptional patient experiences and build long-term patient relationships.

- Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

- Maintain professional knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development.

You will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in dentistry from a recognised institution





- Current registration with AHPRA

- Current license to operate intra and extra oral dental irradiating equipment

- Ability to provide a full range of general dental services at a general practitioner level or greater

- Demonstrated focus on prevention

- Interest and knowledge of the principles of Minimum Intervention Dentistry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional professional presentation

- Exceptional patient care focus

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
