E-Commerce Operations Coordinator | Bath & Body Works

About the role

Help bring the Bath & Body Works online shopping experience to life. As our E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations behind the brand’s online store, making sure products are available, orders move smoothly and customers receive timely support.

You will work across inventory, order fulfilment, customer enquiries and website content, partnering with our warehouse provider, delivery partners and internal teams. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data and taking ownership of the details that matter to customers.

What you’ll do

- Monitor online orders and work with our third-party logistics provider and shipping partners to support timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Track inventory and recommend stock transfers to improve online availability and reduce out-of-stock items.
- Identify stock flow, delivery and order issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Respond to customer enquiries by email, phone and chat, including questions about orders, returns and refunds.
- Maintain accurate website content, including product descriptions, imagery, pricing, categories and promotions.
- Identify and escalate website issues to help keep the Bath & Body Works site easy to shop and aligned with brand standards.




- Prepare regular reports on orders, inventory, customer feedback and emerging trends.
- Monitor social media feedback, help resolve customer issues and share recurring themes with the team.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to team meetings and improvement projects.

What you’ll bring
- Experience in e-commerce operations, retail operations, customer service, inventory or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets, systems and reports.
- Clear communication skills and a practical approach to resolving customer and operational issues.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on time-sensitive tasks.
- A cooperative mindset and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
