Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join a major industrial process plant construction project in Karratha, WA.

This is an opportunity for experienced Electrical Supervisors with strong Oil &

- Gas, LNG, Mining, Process Plant and Heavy Industrial Construction backgrounds who can lead electrical crews, maintain high safety and quality standards, and deliver work safely against project schedules.

PROJECT DETAILS

- Project Location: Karratha, WA
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO
- Karratha Local: DIDO available for Karratha residents
- POH: All State &
- Territory Capital Cities considered
- Employment: Full time project work
- Hours: Approx. 70 hours per week
- Duration: 12+ months
- Mobilisation: Immediate
- Rate + Allowances + Superannuation
- Weekly pay
- RDO: 1 per swing, subject to project requirements
- Breaks: Paid break applies when working over 10 hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Minimum 7+ years' post-apprenticeship experience in heavy industrial electrical/instrumentation construction, with demonstrated electrical supervisory experience.
- Construction experience across Mining, Oil &
- Gas, LNG, Process Plants or Heavy Industrial projects

.
- Supervise electricians, Leading Hands and Trade Assistants across allocated electrical work fronts.
- Coordinate daily electrical activities, work fronts and manpower allocation.
- Monitor productivity, work progress, priorities and project milestones.
- Supervise electrical construction activities including cable pulling, cable tray and ladder installation, conduit, lighting and small power installation.
- Coordinate glanding,



terminations and electrical installation activities in accordance with project requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, cable schedules and termination drawings.
- Coordinate with Leading Hands, Superintendents and other project teams to maintain efficient work fronts.
- Manage site permits, isolations and LOTO requirements in accordance with project procedures.
- Monitor quality requirements, inspections and completion of electrical installation activities.
- Conduct daily pre-starts and toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure electrical works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Support testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities where required.
- Assist with punch-list close-out, completions and handover requirements.

- Passport
- Driver's Licence
- Right to Work in Australia documentation
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
- Current WA Electrical Worker Licence
- High Risk Work Licence - WP, where required
- Working at Heights - within 2 years
- Construction White Card
- First Aid - within 3 years
- CPR - within 1 year
- LVR - within 1 year
