The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing electrical systems across a range of projects, delivering high-quality detailed designs that optimise performance, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to all stages of the design process while collaborating closely with project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out detailed design of electrical systems, including. Power distribution systems, Lighting systems, Communications systems and Control systems.
- Apply sound electrical engineering principles to develop compliant and efficient design solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to clarify design requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Utilise electrical engineering software to develop and validate designs, perform load calculations, and assess protection and coordination requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in technical reviews and peer evaluations to ensure quality assurance and design integrity.
- Review electrical designs and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.




- Manage project budgets and schedules while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend mandatory training and compliance requirements.
- Uphold organisational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required by leadership.

About You You are a detail-oriented engineering professional with strong technical capability and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across a variety of projects and disciplines. Essential Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an engineering detailed design environment.

- Demonstrated experience delivering electrical engineering designs across a variety of mineral processing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
