About you As the Centre Manager,

and building strong family connections. Role requirements Diploma
in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) Proven people
management experience with the ability to manage both up and down
the chain A positive growth mindset coupled with robust
organisational and time management skills Strong knowledge and
experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the
National Quality Standards (NQS) Positive experience with
Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a QIP
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
