ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experiencedFleet and Procurement Coordinatorwhowill provide a crucialroletoprovidededicated administration and coordination of fleet, procurement, inventory,supplierand insurance activities across the Group, inclusive of all majority owned subsidiaries.The roleis responsible forprovidingadministrativesupport,



enabling businessprocesses,and accuracy toenablethe Procurement Managerto focus onstrategicdecision making.

Responsibilities:

- Fleet compliancemaintainedacross registrations, servicing,recallsand vehicle records.
- Effective coordination of fleet activities throughSmartfleet.
- Fleet repairs, serviceeventsand supplier interactions coordinated with minimal disruption.
- Timely processing of purchase orders and procurement requests.
- Procurement documentationmaintainedto audit ready standard.

Qualifications:

- Previousexperience in fleet administration, procurement administration, supply chain, asset management,logisticsor a similar coordination role.
- Ability to manage severaltasks and responsibilities
- Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills,including a explicit and professional communication style and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse
- Ability to workautonomoslyandeffectively in a teamenvironment
