GOZA MOBILITY
New South Wales
Digital Growth & AI Operations Specialist
GOZA is an early-stage Sydney mobility company building from the ground up, with a clear business direction and an experienced automotive Founder. We believe Australia's vehicle subscription market has significant room to grow. Our versatile subscription offering is designed to give GOZA a distinctive position in that growing market.
Alongside flexible subscription, GOZA will work in strategic partnership with a leading rideshare platform to develop a drive-to-own business for rideshare drivers. These two business directions, together with our Founder's deep automotive industry background, underpin our confidence in GOZA's long-term growth potential.
We are building our business processes and team around AI from the outset. For someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to help shape a growing business, this is an opportunity to make a visible contribution, expand your responsibilities and share in the value we aim to create.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will work with the Founder and technology partners to turn GOZA's website, digital marketing and customer insight into a reliable source of qualified enquiries. Your initial focus will be website launch readiness, search visibility, useful content, enquiry conversion and small, measurable acquisition tests. This role suits a practical digital generalist who is keen to learn and grow with the company.
AI is an important tool in how this role delivers. You will use Codex and comparable AI tools to research, draft, prototype, analyse and test, while checking the output before use. You will manage day-to-day website and growth work, customer feedback, measurement and business requirements, working with developers or suppliers on complex changes. The aim is to build a dependable path from customer discovery to a clear enquiry and an effective handoff into CRM.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Work with the Founder to define priority customer groups, their questions and the messages, offers and conversion paths needed for flexible subscription and drive-to-own at launch.
- Help launch and continuously improve GOZA's Australian website, including service and eligibility information, pricing presentation, trust signals, calls to action, forms, mobile experience and conversion paths.
- Improve visibility across Google, local search and AI-assisted search through practical SEO, search-intent mapping, structured information, business profiles, useful FAQs and authoritative landing pages.
- Plan and run focused tests across organic search, paid search, social, community, partnership and referral channels, starting with small budgets and assessing qualified enquiries as well as volume.
- Create and maintain accurate landing pages, service explainers, comparisons, FAQs, campaign assets and customer communications, with appropriate human review of AI-assisted work.
- Work with the CRM & AI Operations Specialist to connect website and partner enquiries to the CRM with source, consent and qualification information; agree the handoff, response expectations and shared reporting.
- Use Codex or comparable AI tools to improve content, prototypes, tracking plans, test cases, lightweight scripts and investigations, checking outputs and correcting errors before release.
- Establish practical measurement for traffic source, campaign cost, qualified enquiries, conversion, response time, appointments, loss reasons and website issues; use the evidence to set priorities.
- Turn customer and business needs into clear briefs and acceptance criteria for technology partners; coordinate delivery, carry out user acceptance testing and verify changes before launch.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS
- Agree the initial customer priorities, website launch checklist, search plan and measurement requirements with the Founder, with owners and a practical test checklist in place.
- Core website journeys work on mobile and desktop, explain the offer clearly, capture the required enquiry information and pass accurate source and consent data into the CRM.
- Run and evaluate one or two focused acquisition, content or conversion tests suited to an early-stage budget, documenting the audience, cost, lead quality, result and next action.
- A practical dashboard shows traffic source, qualified enquiries, conversion and CRM handoff performance; the improvement backlog and key operating instructions are usable by the team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Around two to four years of relevant experience in digital growth, website or ecommerce operations, digital marketing, customer acquisition,
marketing operations or a related role. This is a guide: practical ability, initiative and the desire to grow with the company matter more than years alone.
- Hands-on experience improving a website, landing page, customer journey or campaign through content, SEO or SEM, analytics, conversion improvement, experimentation or marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of website content management, analytics and search tools, with the ability to update content, check tracking, identify issues and test changes before use. No particular platform certification is required.
- Experience using Codex or a comparable AI tool for a practical task or project. You can explain your contribution, how you checked the AI output, how you corrected errors and what result the work produced.
- Practical understanding of lead capture and CRM handoff, including source attribution, qualification information, response expectations and reporting, so you can work effectively with the CRM & AI Operations Specialist.
- Ability to turn a business problem into clear steps and expected results, communicate with the Founder, customers, developers and suppliers, and balance growth ideas with an early-stage budget.
- Clear written and spoken English, sound commercial judgement, current Australian working rights and the ability to work on site in Sydney as required.
HELPFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- Experience in vehicle subscription, rental, rideshare, mobility or another high-consideration service where customers need clear information and follow-up before deciding.
- Exposure to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, paid search, local SEO, structured data, lifecycle messaging or marketing automation.
- Experience working with a China-based or offshore technology team; Mandarin is helpful but not required.
WHAT GOZA OFFERS
- Competitive remuneration plus superannuation, with the package reflecting your capability and contribution.
- An early-stage equity opportunity, subject to the final plan, approvals and individual offer terms, providing potential to share in the value you help create.
- Direct access to the Founder and meaningful ownership of GOZA's website, digital growth and enquiry-conversion work from the outset.
- The opportunity to apply modern AI tools to real business operations and grow your skills, responsibilities and career as GOZA develops.
