Milkon Steel is a leading structural steel fabrication company delivering high-quality projects across commercial and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Site Welder / Installer to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, site-based role responsible for the installation and welding of structural steel across a range of projects. You will work closely with site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- On-site installation of structural steel components
- Welding (primarily MIG/ARC) to required standards
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans
- Working at heights and in various site conditions
- Liaising with supervisors and other trades on-site
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures





What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in structural steel installation and on-site welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- White Card (essential)
- Working at Heights (preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
