Carman’s has been a delicious labour of love for over 30 years, growing across multiple channels with breakfast and snacking portfolios in both domestic and international markets. Carman’s is now one of the largest brands in the categories it competes, as well as being one of the fastest-growing brands in supermarkets over the last few years.

We’re looking for an experienced Digital & E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of Carman’s digital and eCommerce footprint and how consumers discover and shop Carman’s across retailer platforms. This is a genuinely hands-on role with plenty of scope to shape where digital and eCommerce goes next. You’ll set the direction, but you’ll also be close to the execution and own trading performance, improving the customer journey, optimising acquisition and retention and working with our partners to continually improve the platform.

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the detail; someone who understands that great digital experiences ultimately need to deliver commercial results. You’ll report to our Senior Communications Manager and work closely across Marketing, Sales and Category, with exposure to our Executive Leadership Team as we build the next phase of Carman’s digital growth.

What you'll be doing

- Digital strategy & growth: Own Carman's digital and eCommerce growth strategy across D2C and third-party retail channels
- Digital marketing & customer acquisition: Run paid media, SEO and lifecycle marketing that drives quality traffic and conversion
- Online retail & omnichannel growth: Partner with Sales and Category to lift our online retail performance across retailer platforms
- D2C channel ownership: Manage the launch of a potential D2C channel,



including end-to-end D2C trading — Shopify, merchandising, pricing, UX and CRO, revenue and retention
- Website & platform management: Keep our website and eCommerce tech stack (Shopify, analytics, CRM) running, current and improving
- Performance, reporting & insights: Turn performance data into commercial recommendations, not just dashboards

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or online growth roles
- Genuine hands-on experience with Shopify (or a similar platform), paid media, SEO and CRO
- Experience within FMCG, food, retail or consumer brands highly regarded
- Solid analytical skills - you can read the data and tell us what to do about it
- Confidence managing agency and platform partners, and working directly with Brand, Sales, Category and Finance teams
- Comfortable influencing and building strategy and executing the day-to-day tasks
