- 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM testing and support
n
- Experience in HR transformation, implementation, upgrade, or support projects
n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
n
- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
n
- Validate business requirements and functional specifications.
n
- Identify, track, and manage defects through closure.
n
- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
n
- Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
n
- Participate in requirement workshops and provide testing estimates.
n
- Ensure deliverables are completed within SLA and project timelines.
n

Mandatory Skills

n

n
- Robust experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.
n




- Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules:
n
- Core HCM
n
- Absence Management
n
- Global Payroll
n
- Talent Acquisition Management
n
- Time and Labor
n
- Test case preparation and execution.
n
- Defect management and reporting.
n
- Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM processes.
n
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
n
- Knowledge of PUM upgrades and Tax Updates.
n
- Exposure to Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator, Activity Guides, and Drop Zones.
n
- Experience in UAT coordination and stakeholder management.
n
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
