At QA Build, the construction arm of GemLife, we're not building standard commercial projects. We deliver premium clubhouse and resort facilities within Australia's fastest-growing luxury lifestyle resort communities.

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team at Cotswold Hills, Toowoomba, supporting an experienced Commercial Site Manager in delivering a standout resort precinct featuring wellness centres, cinemas, licensed bars, pools, sporting facilities, and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces.

The Opportunity

- Work on high-end resort facilities, not typical commercial builds

- Work alongside an experienced Site Manager within a well-supported and collaborative site team

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Support the Site Manager with the daily coordination and delivery of site operations
n
- Lead subcontractors, suppliers, operators and labour teams to achieve program milestones
n




- Drive quality outcomes and ensure works are delivered to QA Build's high standards
n
- Coordinate trades and site activities to maintain productivity and efficiency
n
- Champion site safety, compliance and a positive team culture
n
- Help deliver facilities that become the social heart of a thriving resort community
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Commercial Foreman delivering high-quality commercial construction projects
n
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
n
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multiple trades
n
- Sound understanding of programming, quality assurance, and subcontractor management
n
- Experience delivering hospitality, resort, community, health, education or public-use facilities will be highly regarded
n
- Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes, WHS legislation and compliance requirements
n
