Senior Property Manager | Inner Suburbs | $80K-$85K + SUPER
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing Property Management team following the recent acquisition of an established rent roll.
Managing approximately 150 properties across the Inner Suburbs, you’ll be supported by dedicated routine inspection, entry and exit resources, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service across your portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Oversee the end-to-end property management processof approximately 150 properties




- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters
- Work closely with support staff across routine inspections, entries and exits
- Manage day-to-day portfolio requirements
- Ensure properties are maintained and managed to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

- Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
- Strong understanding of end-to-end property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a 150-property portfolio confidently
- Team-focused with the ability to work independently
- Current Agent Representative Certificate

- Monday - Friday
- 1-in-4 Saturdays with time in lieu
- $80,000 - $85,000 + super, with flexibility for the right candidate
