We're seeking a reliable and motivatedTrades Assistant or Labourerto join our growing team.

Whether you already have workshop experience or you're looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and learn fabrication and welding skills, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

Working as part of our production team, you'll help build high-quality aluminium access equipment used by some of Australia's best-known organisations.

Assisting with fabrication and assembly of aluminium platforms and structures.

Cutting, preparing, and handling aluminium components.

Using hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment.

Installing castors, guardrails, decks, and other components.

Assisting welders and fabricators during manufacture.

Reading drawings and following manufacturing instructions.

Final assembly, inspection, and finishing of completed products.

General workshop and production support activities.

For the right candidate, structured on-the-job training will be provided to develop fabrication and welding skills.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Robust work ethic and reliable attendance.

Pride in producing quality work.

Good mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work safely and effectively within a team.

Current driver's licence.

Desirable but Not Essential

Previous experience as a Trades Assistant, Labourer, Factory Hand, Production Worker, Fabricator, Welder, Installer, Mechanic, Carpenter, Sheetmetal Worker, or similar trade-related role.

White Card.

Experience using hand tools and power tools.





Experience reading workshop drawings.
