VECRA is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to establish the people function of the recent regulator. The role focuses on OH&S; and L&D;, providing practical HR advice to managers and staff while supporting the rollout of people processes and capability-building across the organisation.

You will work with leaders to embed HR governance, policies, and data practices, helping shape VECRA's workforce culture and performance reporting in a changing environment.
