Warehouse Manager -Brisbane South

We're recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast‐paced distribution site in Brisbane. This is a hands‐on leadership role where operational standards, team performance and safety sit squarely with you. This is not a caretaker role. We're looking for someone who runs a disciplined, structured warehouse and takes pride in accuracy, accountability and service delivery. You'll be managing inbound, dispatch, drivers, returns and inventory while building a team culture that is productive, safe and performance-focused.

What you'll be responsible for

- Leading warehouse staff across receiving, dispatch and delivery
n
- Driving productivity, attendance and performance standards
n
- Ensuring accurate inbound processing and stock control
n
- On-time, error-free dispatch and freight coordination
n
- Oversight of drivers, fleet compliance and delivery standards
n




- Returns processing and warranty flow management
n
- Inventory accuracy and cycle count discipline
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and audit-ready site
n
- WHS leadership, incident response and safety compliance
n
- Clear reporting on operational performance
n
