About the Role

This role requires someone who understands the value of creating an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

As a Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through their buying journey, helping them find the right motorcycle while building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Your Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Maximise motorcycle sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to all sales enquiries, including phone, online and walk-in customers, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, new models and industry trends.




- Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Assist in maintaining an engaging and professional showroom presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need To

- Be driven, hungry and motivated to build a long-term career, not just find another job.
- Have a strong work ethic and understand that your effort directly drives your income.
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and resilience in a fast-paced sales workplace.
- Be a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building rapport.
- Be eager to learn. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We will train the right person.
- Have a genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling lifestyle.
- Hold a current and valid motorcycle licence.
