BC Coatings is a leading Australian manufacturer of industrial and decorative coatings, supplying customers across Australia and overseas. We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing & eCommerce Assistant to support our growing business.

n

This is a diverse hands‐on role ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, website management, content creation and working as part of a busy team. The position offers flexibility and would suit an experienced administrator with marketing skills, a marketing graduate or someone looking to build their career in digital marketing and eCommerce.

About the Role

n

Working closely with management, you will assist with:

n

Marketing & Content Creation

n

n
- Creating and scheduling social media content
n
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
n
- Preparing brochures, flyers, product literature and promotional materials
n
- Coordinating product photography and marketing content
n
- Supporting marketing campaigns, new product launches and brand initiatives
n

n

Website & eCommerce Management

n

n
- Maintaining and updating our Shopify website
n
- Creating and updating product listings
n
- Managing website content, images, pricing and promotions
n
- Assisting with online customer enquiries and website improvements
n




- Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
n

n

Administration & Business Support

n

n
- Assisting with general office and marketing administration
n
- Maintaining customer and product information
n
- Coordinating branded merchandise, trade shows and promotional activities
n
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers when required
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised and reliable
n
- Confident using computers and Microsoft 365
n
- Experienced with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
n
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
n
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
n
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently
n
- Professional and friendly with a positive attitude
n

Highly Regarded

n

The following experience will be viewed favourably:

- Shopify or other eCommerce platform experience
n
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
n
- Previous marketing, administration, retail, customer service or eCommerce experience
n
- Photography and content creation experience
n
- Experience managing business social media accounts
n
