Montessori Minds – North Geelong is seeking a 2IC / Assistant Centre Director to join our leadership team and drive high-quality early childhood education. You will partner with the Centre Director to steer daily operations, mentorship of educators and a strong focus on child safety and regulatory compliance.

You will contribute to program quality, family engagement and continuous improvement while upholding Montessori principles in a warm, team-oriented environment.
