Job Description

A yardman position based in Colo Heights, working casually for a consistent 32 hours per week with the option to move to permanent/part time. Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm.

Key responsibilities

- Manually stacking of timber
n
- Machine operation
n
- Loading/feeding timber to machine
n
- Binding and strapping timber packs
n
- Loading of trucks & vehicles
n
- General tidying and maintenance of the workplace
n

About you

n

n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Excellent communication skills and work ethics
n
- Recent experience in a job that involves physical work, lifting, bending, being on your feet
n
- A current driver's licence and own transport, as local public transport does not service the area
n
- Forklift license & experience in machine operations preferable but not essential
n
