Job Description

First Focus is seeking an experienced Incident & Change Manager to own and continuously improve our Incident and Change Management functions. You'll lead major incident responses, drive communications, and shape how we operate, with autonomy to challenge current processes.

You'll report to the Head of Service Delivery and drive improvements across both functions, partnering with teams across the business to deliver safer, more productive outcomes. The role offers hybrid work in Australia.
