Civil Construction Supervisor | Wireless Greenfield Telecommunications
n Melbourne | Permanent Full Time | Site Based

Spent years delivering greenfield telecommunications sites and ready to take on more?

This is a hands-on Supervisor role where you'll coordinate live projects, crews and subcontractors while staying close to what's happening on site.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Coordinate multiple greenfield telecommunications projects across crews, subcontractors, programme, quality and safety.
n
- Review drawings and site progress, solving practical issues across concrete footings, formwork, reinforcement and associated civil works.
n
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving, including site travel across VIC and nationally when required.
n

What Will Make You Successful

n

n
- Greenfield wireless telecommunications experience across new mobile sites, compounds, tower foundations or similar carrier infrastructure.
n
- Hands‐on civil knowledge across concrete, formwork and reinforcement, with experience leading crews and subcontractors.
n
- White Card and full manual Driver Licence. PICW experience, QEHS knowledge and the ability to read construction drawings are highly regarded.
n
