What you'll do:

n

n
- Ship features end to end.
n
- Build and maintain integrations with practice management systems.
n
- Work on real-time audio and voice systems.
n
- Build with LLMs in production and evaluate output quality.
n
- Work directly with product, clinical, and data science colleagues to turn real problems into shipped software.

Our Stack:

- TypeScript end to end: React on the front end, Node (NestJS) and PostgreSQL on the back end.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Startup or scale-up experience is a must. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you own problems end to end, and you'd rather ship and iterate than wait for a perfect spec.
n
- Experience building products on top of LLMs.
n
- A track record of delivering production-grade web applications across the stack.
n
- Good fundamentals: relational databases, API design, and testing.
n
- You collaborate well with non-engineers and can translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions.
n
- You use AI tools in your daily engineering work and have a sense of where they help and where they don't.
n

- Healthcare or another regulated industry.

The Details:

- Full-time, on-site in Sydney (1-2 days working from home per week)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- You must have the right to work in Australia.
