Our leading client is seeking Site Administrator / Utility available to work on a casual roster and short-term assignments. This is a great opportunity to expand on your skillset and learn new systems within a friendly and supportive team workplace.

This is a varied role suited to an individual who is able to multi-task with strong administration experience and is familiar with INX Software.

The position will include undertaking various site administrative duties, including but not limited to:

- Assisting Village Manager and support team with daily administrative tasks and organisation.
- Main point of contact for all administration queries and issues.
- Maintain and update employment records.
- Assist in collating timesheets.
- Establish and maintain spreadsheets, documentation, presentations and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site activities
- The role may require you to complete utility duties.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting assisting across all departments




- Basic procurement activities including raising purchase requisitions, receipting and invoice reconciliation.

To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:

- Australian working rights (birth certificate/Australian passport/VISA)
- Manual WA Driver's Licence (Must)
- RSA (Must)
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the below:
You will also have sound knowledge in INX Software, MS Office: Word and Excel with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
