About the Role

This key role is responsible for maintaining and coordinating building operations and repairs and cost and engineering efficiency for a well-known retail destination.

About You

- Knowledge and sound understanding of Australian Standards, Building Codes and OH&S; legislation
- Tertiary or trade qualifications in engineering, electrical or refrigeration




- Transparent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to attend to any after-hours emergency works or call outs
