Permanent Grader Operator - GPS Final Trim Location: Toowoomba & Surrounding Areas

We’re currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join a well-established civil construction company in the Toowoomba region on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role is suited to an operator who is highly experienced with GPS final trim and can confidently finish to levels and tolerances without needing to be constantly supervised.

About the Role You’ll be operating a modern grader across a range of civil construction projects, with a strong focus on GPS final trim, detailed grading and producing a quality finished product.

The successful operator will be someone who understands GPS and has the experience and skill to use it effectively to achieve the required finish.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience operating a grader in civil construction
- Strong GPS / machine control experience – final trim is essential
- Ability to confidently finish roads, pads, batters, pavements and other civil works
- Strong understanding of levels, falls, grades and plans
- Ability to work independently and take pride in the quality of your work




- Good attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job right
- Experience working around other plant and civil crews
- Reliable, safety-focused and professional approach to work
- Relevant tickets and licences
- White Card
