Compass Education is seeking a Head of Engineering to own end-to-end engineering delivery and people leadership across Compass, SchoolBytes, Griddle and Clipboard. You will translate priorities into execution, develop Development Managers, and own the operating model and delivery performance.
You will lead 5-7 Development Managers, drive capacity planning, and partner with Product, People & Culture to align roadmap commitments and talent strategy in a hybrid AU-based role.
