Finance Leader – Own the Function, Shape the Growth A well-established, privately owned Perth business is entering a new phase, and wants a commercially minded finance leader to help drive it.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take genuine ownership of the finance function with a seat close to the decision-making table. The role spans financial reporting, governance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, treasury, tax and team leadership, plus real scope to improve systems, processes and how finance supports the broader business.

What you'll bring

- CA,



CPA or similarly qualified, with 8+ years' commercial finance experience and a track record leading a finance function
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Confidence across cash flow, treasury and tax compliance
- A hands-on style and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Solid commercial judgement and stakeholder management
- A genuine growth mindset and drive to improve how things run

Experience in multi entity, project-based businesses or other complex operational environments will be highly regarded. Great salary with a very competitive bonus.
