About the job

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of our People & Culture team. You will play a key role in delivering seamless people processes, maintaining the integrity of our people data, supporting reporting and insights across the business. You will help drive continuous improvement by identifying smarter ways of working, enhancing systems and workflows and contributing to an exceptional employee experience.

What you will do:

- Coordinate onboarding, employment changes, parental leave and offboarding
- Prepare employment agreements, contract variations, remuneration documents and correspondence
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records across systems and files
- Prepare workforce reports and dashboards, validating data and trends
- Coordinate visa and immigration administration, monitoring and liaison
- Support improvements to People & Culture systems, forms and workflows




- Provide coordination and administrative support for the Chief People Officer

About you

You are a HR or administration professional who genuinely enjoys the operational side of HR and wants to continue growing in the operations space. You take pride in getting the details right, enjoy working with data and reporting, and understand that accurate information and consistent processes can have a real impact on employees and managers. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handle sensitive information with care and are always looking for a better way to do things.

You will bring:

- Experience in HR operations, payroll or business administration, with an interest in developing further in HR operations
- Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
- Confidence working with people data and reporting, including checking accuracy, identifying issues and drawing out useful insights
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and solid problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and a robust customer service focus
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and priority management
- A process improvement mindset and the curiosity to understand why a process works, where it can be improved
