SUNDOWN PASTORAL CO PTY LTD The continued expansion of Sundown Pastoral's technology environment has increased the Company's requirement for dedicated ICT support. The Company's farming operations utilise an increasingly interconnected range of computer hardware, software applications, communication systems, GPS-enabled devices, sensors, remote monitoring technologies and digitally enabled agricultural equipment.

The introduction of autonomous agricultural machinery further increases this requirement. While the machinery itself performs agricultural functions, its operation relies upon ICT components including computer systems, software, GPS positioning, connectivity, data communication and associated digital platforms. These systems must be properly configured, connected, maintained and supported to ensure that they remain available to the Company's operational workforce.

The ICT Support Technician will provide technical support across this environment by diagnosing and resolving ICT-related problems, assisting users, configuring equipment and software, supporting network and communications connectivity, maintaining ICT devices Benefits $80,000 to $85,000 plus Super depending on experience Task & responsibilities Technology & Digital Projects:

- Assist in the delivery of recent technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support system upgrades, software implementations, and business process improvements.
- Participate in project planning, testing, deployment, and user training.




- Create and maintain project documentation and user guides.
- Assist with data migration, system integrations, and automation projects.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual
- processes.

(AI) & Automation
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of AI tools across SPC.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications.
- Support the development of AI-powered workflows and automation solutions.
- Assist with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, ChatGPT, and other AI-enabled
- business tools.
- Develop and maintain AI knowledge resources and training materials.
- Monitor AI initiatives and provide feedback on business outcomes and efficiencies gained.

Network, Wi-Fi & Infrastructure Support
- Assist with the deployment and management of network and Wi-Fi infrastructure across SPC properties.
- Support Starlink, wireless bridge, fibre and networking projects.
- Assist with troubleshooting internet connectivity issues.
- Install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, access points and
- wireless devices.
- Monitor network performance and report issues.




- Maintain records of IT assets and network equipment.
- Assist with technology deployments across accommodation facilities, offices, workshops, and remote sites.

Hardware & Device Management
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, and printers.
- Assist with device setup for employees and contractors.
- Maintain asset registers and equipment records.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support smart TVs, Roku devices, Google Home, Google Nest, and accommodation
- technology solutions.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Promote cybersecurity awareness across the business.
- Assist with user access management and security controls.
- Support implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Assist with technology compliance and risk management activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information and systems.

Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop user guides and training resources.
- Assist with staff training sessions.
- Maintain accurate technology documentation and knowledge bases.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualification & experience
- Must possess at least a relevant Diploma, Advanced Diploma qualification or higher
