About the Role As an Injury Management Advisor, you will provide specialist clinical and injury management expertise across personal injury claims. Working closely with claims teams, leaders and external stakeholders, you will support evidence-based decision making that promotes recovery, rehabilitation and return to work outcomes. This role combines technical advisory responsibilities with coaching and mentoring, helping to build capability across teams while contributing to proactive claim finalisation strategies, quality outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Assess injury claims and provide evidence-based recommendations on treatment, rehabilitation and recovery strategies.
- Review medical information and deliver clear technical advice to support quality claims decisions.
- Collaborate with claims teams to identify proactive strategies that improve recovery outcomes and claim progression.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen injury management capability and consistency of approach.
- Build effective relationships with customers, employers, health providers and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and claims performance.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in injury management, occupational rehabilitation, workers compensation or CTP environments.
- Strong ability to interpret medical information and provide practical rehabilitation recommendations.




- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse audiences.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting capability development within a team workplace.
- Degree qualification in an allied health discipline.
