Due to continued growth, CBS Complete Building Solutions is on the hunt for an experienced Insurance / Building Assessor to join our expanding national team.

What you'll be doing:

- Conduct detailed site inspections across insurance and strata
- Assess building damage resulting from insured events
- Identify causes of damage and develop accurate repair scopes
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and recommendations for insurers and clients
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, strata managers, trades and property owners
- Coordinate specialist inspections where required and review supporting reports
- Maintain quality outcomes while meeting service level agreements and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in an Insurance Building Assessor, Building Supervisor, Estimator or similar role
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction methods




- Ability to accurately identify damage causes and determine appropriate repair methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A proactive team player with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience working with insurers, loss adjusters or strata claims will be highly regarded
