YOUR NEW ROLE

As a valued junior lawyer in a common law practice headed by an industry leading Partner (who is an accredited specialist in personal injury law) in a positive team environment, you will relish obtaining justice for plaintiff clients across a wide range of personal injury claims (CTP, work injury damages, public liability, medical negligence).

Key responsibilities include preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, legal research, reviewing medical evidence,



preparing briefs and court attendance.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are a lawyer with minimum 12 months (or more) personal injury legal experience [including in CTP/motor vehicle accidents-essential] OR a law graduate/paralegal with 3+ yrs personal injury law experience (including CTP-essential);
- have strong Microsoft Office skills;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized, proactive and can meet deadlines;
- have ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- are hungry to progress your career with a first-class firm who invests in their staff long-term.
