About the Role This is a varied and rewarding position that offers an equal balance of hands-on installation work and project coordination.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations while coordinating projects to ensure they run smoothly, efficiently and to the high standards Retreat Design is known for.

Key responsibilities include

- Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, fixtures and appliances in accordance with design plans and specifications
- Working with integrated appliances and sophisticated hardware systems
- Coordinating renovation projects from commencement through to completion
- Communicating and collaborating with clients, designers, suppliers and subcontractors

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
- Cabinet making, joinery or related trade experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
- A professional and collaborative approach with clients, suppliers and team members
