What you will do?
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace
- Take on hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher, and handling cleaning chemicals
- Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen environment,



showcasing excellent food presentation skills

More about you

- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days, and nights
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand is preferred
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain
