About the Role We are seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Process Workers to join a well-established meat processing facility based in Murarrie. You will be working with high-quality meat products in a clean, structured, and quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Knife Hand Duties
- Precision cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat products
- Working to strict specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Opportunity to learn and develop knife skills onsite
Process Work & Packing
- Sorting and packing meat products
- Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Conducting quality checks
- Supporting production line operations
Pick Packing & Production Support
- Picking and preparing orders accurately
- Ensuring correct product handling and packaging
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to team production targets
Working Environment
- Clean and well-maintained meat processing facility
- Cold room environment
- Strong focus on safety, hygiene, and teamwork
- Structured and supportive workplace
What We’re Looking For
- Knife hand experience preferred, or willingness to learn onsite
- Previous experience in meat processing, FMCG, or warehousing (highly regarded)
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20–25kg
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable transport required due to location
